Laura is a British-Egyptian Director, Writer and Creative Designer based in London & Norfolk. She has solidified her presence within the high-end television landscape through her role as a 2nd Unit Director + Associate Director. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with distinguished actors, writers, producers and directors, contributing her skills and insight to Emmy & BAFTA award winning shows as well as commercials.

Her debut short film ‘Split Ends’ — directed by Laura and produced by Glance Productions — was selected as one of the top 25 films in the world in the Straight 8 competition and screened at the BFI IMAX. Laura was also selected for the BFI x South East Writers Lab to develop her short film ‘Taffy’.

Laura works across Shannon Murphy’s development slate and is currently involved in a highly anticipated Netflix series, due to shoot in 2025.

Beyond her directorial achievements, Laura spearheads a design-led agency catering to production companies, writers, and directors. The agency specialises in crafting winning pitches, decks, bibles, treatments, and storyboards.
